Several members of the Hirbe lab traveled to Tokyo, Japan last month to present their work. Dr. Hirbe gave a talk detailing the work of the Genomics of MPNSTS Consortium funded by the NF Research Initiative. Xiao presented an update to Wenjing’s work regarding the function of TYK2 in MPNSTs. Vanessa presented a poster presenting a clinical trial that offers hope for sarcoma patients that can’t tolerate standard chemotherapy. Hilary presented her work comparing the effectiveness of CXR compared to CT scans for surveillance following surgery. Great job everyone!
